Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- The product must not be marked as final sale
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Apexion Racing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Final Sale Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund
- These items are clearly marked on the product page
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.
